Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely via Paytrail Oyj.

You can pay with online banking buttons from all major Finnish banks, as well as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Electron, and Debit cards.

For payments with Visa, Visa Electron, or MasterCard, the card statement will show Paytrail Oyj as the recipient.

Delivery Methods and Costs

Delivery fees are shown on the delivery and payment selection page. Orders are shipped either as postal packages or delivered directly. Shipments can be tracked with a tracking number.

Massage chair deliveries and smaller products sent by post — delivery costs are always included in the product price.

Delivery Times

Typical delivery times to Finland:

Smaller products: 2–5 days

Massage chairs: 1–3 weeks

Exact delivery times are indicated with each product option. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or any indirect damages caused by such delays. Any exceptional delivery information will be announced on the online store’s front page.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods according to consumer protection law.

For digital content and services, you may have given prior consent to waive the cancellation right before payment, allowing delivery before the cancellation period ends.

Cancellation notice must include your name, address, order date, and product, sent by email to info@casadafinland.fi or by mail to the return address below.

Products must be returned by post within 14 days of the cancellation notice in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Include a copy of the cancellation notice with the return.

If the product has been used, we reserve the right to charge for depreciation.

For returns or exchanges after the inspection period, please contact us directly. Include your name, contact info, and bank account number for refunds.

We will refund your payment in full within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, provided the product has been returned or proven handed over to the postal service.

Unclaimed Packages

Unclaimed packages are not the same as cancellations or returns. If a package is left unclaimed without a separate cancellation notice, a fee of €29 will be charged.

Issues and Complaints

If a product is lost or damaged during delivery, or does not match your order, notify us in writing within 14 days at the cancellation and returns address or call us at the phone number listed above.

If damage occurs during postal delivery, you must file a claim immediately with the postal service.
